1.Registration Restrictions & Requirements
1.1 Registration of Trianon-World you must be 18 years or older. Do to the adult content and laws no children can enter the region, or apply for an account with Trianon-World. If such avi enters Trianon-World you will be give a warning to leave, change and come back but if you choose to stay and not follow the rules you will be kicked from the server and not allowed to come back no matter what excuses you provide.
1.1A No Child Avis this includes - babies, teens, adult children.
1.2 Indiaviduals registering with Trianon-World must not carry active felony convictions of violent nature, fraud, defamation, any sexual assault or misdemeanour's, hacking, identity theft or any offence of human rights violation.
1.3 Email addresses used for registration must be valid.
1.4 Trianon-World will contact you at the email that is provided with the creation of an account. There is only one account per email address. If you register another account you forfeit the rights of the account just created and the one that the email matches to. They will be removed from the system and you will not be able to access Trianon-World at any time with no avi from any grid.
1.5 Upon registration the user, where applicable, forfeits the rights to engage in legal actions against Trianon-World or or anyone who is on Trianon-World staff.
1.6 Upon registration, the user agrees that information provided can be looked at for reasons of possible fraud. If anything is suspicious the account that was created will be denied and email will be sent with a denial letter.
1.7 Upon registering your user name,. you will not use any titles as a first name.
Example: King, Queen, Prince, Princess, God, Goddess, Lord, Lady, Master or Mistress. Names in all caps will be changed.
2.Community Rules
2.1 Behavor in any manner which is offensively coarse, intimidating or threatening, constitutes unwelcome sexual advances or requests for sexual favours, or is otherwise likely to cause annoyance is forbidden. If this behavior is reported to staff of Trianon-World it will be investigated. If it is found to be true of such offensive behavior swift action will be taken without notice and Trianon-World does not have to explain such action take.

3.7 Activities of users on the platform are subject to general privacy law; The administration will not and cannot legally police users and their actions on privately owned or operated virtual land. 4.Content Policies
4.1 We do not exercise editorial control over the content of Trianon-World and will make no specific efforts to review the textures, objects, sounds or other content created within the Grid.

4.3 By design Trianon-World cannot guarantee the integrity or security of content within the Service. Users are solely responsible for abiding to third-party content licenses and agreements.
4.4 Content ratings(General, Moderate, Adult) should be applied according to the content present. Additional access restrictions(Age verification requirement) should be applied on adult content when appropriate. Failure to appropriately label content may result in account restrictions or termination.
5. Trianon-World Estate Guidelines
5.1 Region names can only be alphanumeric(0-1,A-z) with hyphens(-) or underscores(_). Regions with special characters will be removed.
5.2 Region names must not contain offensive language of any kind, reference other regions, grids, organisations or persons in a negative way, advertise services, contain sexual references, breach any trademark or copyright or violate other local or international law.
5.3 Any content that causes significant distress or other problems may be removed from the regions without prior notice to the owner or creator.
5.4 The regions are provided "as is" with no guarantee of up-time, stability or performance.
5.5 Users are solely responsible for the content they place on their regions.
5.6 Users may not sub-lease or transfer ownership to other users.
5.7 All regions have to abide by the community rules and TOS. If such a region does not abide by the community rules and TOS such region and owner will be investigated and termination will happen of both owner and region. No refunds are given under any circumstances.
5.8 To purchase land from Trianon-World land has to be agreed upon and payment is due before land is given to the land purchaser. With in 24 hour the land will then go into the purchaser's name and name of the region provided following the estate guidelines. A paypal box will be setup at a Welcome Area place so that it will send out proper notices and retail information to land owners to continue a timely payment system.
5.9 No refund will be given if you downgrade. Refunds will be given if you upgrade only.
6. Legal Terms Of Service
6.1 Circumvention, wilful or otherwise, of any terms in this document may result in restriction or termination of service and or accounts.
6.2 Use of the Service is provided "as is", no guarantee is given on availability, stability, security or performance of the service. Usage of the service constitutes agreement with the guidelines, rules and terms outlined in this document.
6.3 Failure to adhere to any rules or guidelines in this document may result in loss of user privileges or account termination.
6.4 Trianon-World and Staff may revise, change, remove or add rules or guidelines at any point, without prior notification.
6.5 Users agree to not hold Trianon-World or its Staff liable for corrupt or otherwise damaged data.
6.6 Users are required to abide by any additional legal terms resulting from local or international law, even if not directly outlined in this document.
6.7 Trianon-World provides a service which can be used by individuals for malicious purposes. Trianon-World nor its staff are liable for abuse of the service and retain the right to restrict or terminate use of the service in malicious intent.
6.8 Use of Trianon-World services to inflict damage, commit crimes, engage in harassment or guideline/rule violations on third-party services(Hypergrid or otherwise) may result in immediate termination.
